Intelligence Orientation Course. 1r. circulated a draft of subjects proposed to be taught in the four-week IOC which will replace the SIC in September. The proposal was accepted, with the proviso that the Committee will again consider the matter when a schedule is worked up which indicates the time to be devoted to each subject and problem. It was also suggested that the methods of teaching and testing Observation 25X1A9a and Description vhich will be developed by Miss 25X1A9a be reviewed during August by Mr. 3. Assessment Procedures. The memorandum, "Tentative Procedures and Policies for the Assessment Unit" has been rearranged and revised by ADSO. The revision was approved by the Committee (hr. was not present) for final typing and signature. 25X1A9a 4. MMemorandum: Relationship of OPC Training with Conuno, CDD and Other Trainin? Facilities of 030. This memorandum dated 14 April 1949 has been slightly revised; it is now ready to be re-typed and sent to ADS(, and MPG. 5. Administrative Course. The draft announcement of the summer Adminis- trative Courses was approved for circulation. 9a asked if it would be possible to have one of the clerk- stenographers who are awaiting the July 11th course detailed to his office 25X1A9a for the interval. Miss - said she would try to arrange this. 6. Oa Films. A list of 053 films in the Army Archives was given to 25X1A9a with the suggestion that the program of viewing the films by T13/050 and T03/OrC be resumed when the new building is occupied so that the most suitable of them may be ordered in 35 mm. for future use.
