It is requested that the Intelligence Board appoint Colonel John
R. Levering, USAF, as Chairman of,the.,Space...Surveillance
Intelligence Support Committee vice C_olonel.Lowell.E. May, USAF.
Purpose of request is to transfer responsibility for chairmanship of
this committee to the element within-my office primarily concerned
.with utilization of the SPACE TRACK (NSSCC) program for intelligence
purposes.
