On Sunday afternoon, 21 Jae. I received a call from an unidentified reporter at the Wheeling. West Virginia, Intelligencer saying that they had been advised by Senator Hubbard that I was receiving some Presidential citation and asking for details. He particularly wanted the text of the citation, and I advised him that we would telephone it to Senator Hubbard's office when we had the text. This telephone number is Wheeling, West Virginia, 242x2512, and if Senator Hubbard is not there, please give it to his secretary (whose first name, I understand, is Angie). The Intelligencer asked that this information be available by early afternoon. 2. In the event that the Intelligencer and Senator Hubbard's office does not have it available, the following is my relationship to Wheeling, West Virginia. My mother is the former Lyde Paull, daughter cif the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Paull. Her brothers and sisters, all deceased, were Lee C. Paul, A. Singleton Pauli and Mrs. Arthur Hubbard, the mother of State Senator Hubbard. (Mrs. Lee C. Paull and Mrs. A. Singleton Paull are still living in Wheeling.) My first cousins in Wheeling are State Senator Chester R.
