the foundations of these piers have been removed except for 2bAl.

Pier 2 has been shortened to the line designated W. 25X1
there were no waiting rooms or other facilities for passengers on the 25X1
pier. Passengers go directly from ships to the city. In the area designated
X railroad tracks were either being repaired or extended to the end of the
pier. The pier at designator D was approximately 1600' long, 90' wide and 25X1
was constructed of cement.

discharge ships. Four conventional-sized fork-lift trucks were available
which took the cargo from the piers. These trucks were covered with mud and
shoved hard use under rough conditions. The roads in the harbor area, the
city, and the surrounding countryside were "all pot hoids," 25X1

long and painted gray and white, the paint being in fair condition. Naval
personnel were using these ferries as barracks, but no guards were noted
on or near the ferries. The Admiralty building located at designator FF
was an orange-yellow building about four stories high. A radio tower,
projected several stories above the roof with a red light on top of the
tower. Ships were called by voice radio from this tower. A signal station
was atop the radio tower from which light signals were sent. There were no
yards.
Ship Repair At designator OG there was a floating drydock which accommodates
ships of the T-2 tanker size. One Russian T-2 tanker was in this drydock
having its bottom cleaned. Designator RH marks a ship repair area. There
were no smokestacks in this area, but there were several long sheds about
two stories high.
