IVEB Carl Zeiss Jena was assembling 10 x.50 binoculars
for the Chinese Army, The binoculars were part of an order received by
Zeiss for six thousand binoculars of this type. Prior to starting work on
the current orders Zeiss had completed a similar order for six thousand.
10 x 50 binoculars for the Chinese Army.
2. Zeiss was also in receipt of an order for ive thousand 'Daltrinteiaq" 8 x 30
binoculars for the Chinese Army.
3. All binoculars destined for China were marked with the Chinese star and
were fitted with gratioules is 6,000,
