1. I (Comment. The shipments contained ammunition from the USSR from
the shipment on 21 July 1955 contained
ammunition or empty cartridge oases which were returned to the USSR.
2. I Comment. The shipments contained iron ore for the Eisenhuetten
Kombinat Oat in the GDR.

Comment. Number and type of railroad cars and the dispatching
stations indicate that the shipments contained motor vehicles which
belonged to the vehicle exchange movement'and were returned to the
USSR. Although the dates of the shipments from Magdeburg in paragraphs
3 and 4 are different, it (is believed that the two shipments are
identical. The same shipment was previously reported on 10 August 1955-
