The gig ir4 p of the Athletic Aunt 'technical Association (G8T) conducted glider
t training at lrfurt-worth airfield': on I May 1955, There we a 3/10 to 5/10 overcast
at an altitude of 700 to 800 nsterrp, a wind force:of 3 to 5 msters,/seoond, and
good thsrmsl oonditions. Air actitlty started at 0700 and lasted until about 1800.
Instructor Nuemal (fnu) was responsible for the training activity on this days Be
was assisted by an ausiliary instructor and a mechanic specialised in Pfeifer-type
s. Ome winch teas used duel, air activity by a total of 25 student pilots.
