THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1, It r4s reported that difficulties v'ere experienced to the production
of VEB Russ,.-:erc Oranienburr (carbon black-
lack: factory) due to a 5.percent

Nevertheless, no decrease in the output of carton black is
expected.
2. The coat tar oil required by the Oranienburg carbon black factory is
