Between 0800 and 1500 on 10 February 1955, 36 bliG-15s, 3 Yak-l:is
and 2 high-wing monoplanes were parked at Wiener Neustadt airfield. 25X1
The depression near the pyrotechnics plant could not be reconnoitered.
There was no air activity. There was a 10/10 overcast at an altitude
of about 1,500 meters, westerly wind of about 8 km/h and good
visibility. Trucks and jeep 9 25X1
all of them With drivers wearing black-bordered blue epaulets, were
seen in traffic. The doors of the eastern garage were closed. :Nine
trucks and 3 van-like trucks were parked under the lean-to roofs
and 4 trucks, 1 van-like truck and 1 trailer of a mobile flight
control station were parked in the open.

Comment. Wiener Neustadt airfield is still occupied by a
25X1
blue-yellow painted generator truck with trailer procee a in the
area of the western flight control station. Three railroad tank cars 25X1
were parked on the spur track leading to the presumably underground
fuel dump. One MiG-15, on the nose of which work was being done, was
seen at the aircraft repair shop northeast of the flight control
station. Three van-like crates, 6 gray crates, 1 crane, and 2 wings
of MiG-15s were also seen near the installation. The doors of the
hangar of the aircraft repair shop at Theresienfeld were closed.
One truck with hoisting gear and 15 gray crates were seen in front
of the hangar. Three trucks were parked in the parking lot.
