responsible for analyzing the political and economic trends in various
pa. t3 of the world, including scientific and technical trends, all of
which are available within the open news media.
2. It is my wish to organise. on a methodical and possibly
more comprehensive basis, adequate examination of available
intelligence data provided by :son-covert means.
