The foI' and aircraft were observed at Parndorf airfield
betwee ? 1954. Part of the observations were made from
Buckau/I
8 December. No air activity was observed from Bruck/Leitha.
9 December. Between 1000 and 1200, individual flights were made at altitudes
of about 1,000 meters at intervals of 20 minutes. The aircraft approached
from the east, flew a bank between the steeple and the perimeter of Bruck and
headed in the direction of the depot near the railroad station. There was
high fog. Between 1300 and 1600, aircraft practiced flying as in the morning
at altitudes of about 800 meters and at intervals of 10 to 15 minutes.
10 and 11 December. Between 1000 and 1200 and between 0900 and 1400 respectively
flying was practiced at ales of about 800 meters as on 9 December. There
was a 1/10 overcast and good visibility.

11 December. At about 1500, there was no air activity. Twenty-two jet aircraft
2 monoplanes and 1 biplane were parked 25X1
12 December. While reconnoitering the field twice at night, only the fuel dump
and the takeeoff strip were lighted. There was no air activity. There was rain.
13 and 14 December. There was no air activity. Therevas a 10/10 overcast.
15 December. Between 0900 and 1200, 3 jet aircraft were seen flying as on 9
December at intervals of about 25 minutes. There was a 10/10 overcast and fog.
19 December. At about 2400, the fuel dump and the take-off strip were lighted.
The weather was clear. No air activity was observed throughout the day. There
was a 2/10 overcast.
20 December. No air activity was observed. There was closed ceiling and fog.
. Parndorf airfield is still oviet fighter regiment 25X1
which is equipped with MiG815s. Aircraft were reported from 25X1 4
Parndorf for the first time- were repeatedly seen there. 25X1
