inConstanta port. The following details were obtained:

plating was buckled up; 1 mast in front of the
low bridge; a rather high stack without
cap; 1 light gun each at the bow and aft;
the vessels appeared old.
the yacht had a new coat of yellow paint
approx 70 meters long; slightly inclined
stern; short foe Isle with a gun with
protective shield box-shaped bridge
superstructure with wide bridge wing;
a topmast with crow's nest and yard at the
trailing edge of the bridge; a rake-shaped
radar set was on the mast head; a funnel
with slanting cap was behind the bridge;
a sheer to bow; low deck superstructures from
which extended the funnel; another sheer to the
aft; a ur. wit! protective sField on plain 25X1
