SUBJECT: Extracts from McCoy's Book Delivered to Lucien Conein
I received a call from DDP/NARCOG, who told me STAT
that he delivered a copy of the 20 extracts from the McCoy book which
referenced the alleged interview with Mr. Lucien Conein to Mr. Conein's
residence. In talking to Conein yesterday he asked that they be dropped
off at his home for his information and use in correcting his letter to
Harper and Row, publishers of Alfred McCoy's Politics of Heroin in
Southeast Asia.
