8. Following is a s ry at the capabilities of the 1-SC:
a. Six U- vigilantes are currently deployed in the
8 tbeast Asian area. They have been used for reconnaissance
over North Vieta . The ]A-SC has a speed of 1,150 knots, a
radius of 1,300 on and a combat ceiling of 47,E feet. it
has a multi-sensor capability and can operate from the larget
MA's or from land has".
b. The caaa~ras currently in use in the Vigilante are
the KA-SO 1.16?' vertical, the SA-51 6" forward mud/'or side
oblique, and the IZA-SS 12" panoresic, all at which can be used
an day or night niasiolRs, Iron low or medium altitudes. The
aircraft also eontaina sat AW 7 Side Looking Airborne Radar
