MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for Support
Bob:
With increasing frequency when I arrive
at my office in the morning, it is obvious that someone has used
it during the night. Recently I have found cigarette butts in the
ashtrays and the toilet, ashes on the floor, and last Friday
morning a chewing gum wrapper by my desk.
I can only assume that this is the work
of either a guard or the char force. In any case, I think the
appropriate action is obvious and request that it be taken.
