Daring the r*wu movement to winter quarters, 18 troop trains were dispatched frft f to dmaendorf on 2 September 1954. Eight additional try trains were unloaded in the Amenderf area during the folleving days. A troop train of 30 03 was dispatched to Brest Litovsk during the saws period. It could not be determined whether the train carried soldiers or was empty. 1 2. On 3 October, a troop train of 9 OB with soldiers arrived at Satekorn frc Frankfurt/Oder. 3. Troop trains diep ahed from Satskorn on 7 and 8 October included a train of 13 CB to Serum on 7 October and a train of 7 0B to Eberswalde on 8 October. 4. During the summer of 1954, the division was stationed at the Lossa troop training grounds. Since the bulk of the division was entrained at Ohrdruf and, according to previous reports, components of the division with about 80 tanks were dispatched from Weimar toward Halle on 28 September 1954, it is believed that the division terminated its su -traininz with a large-scale field exercise in the Los sa Weimar- Ohrdruf area. 3. 4. _. mottle-train ~~ is reported for the first time.
