on the American intelligence effort in the Middle East.

the contents of the report and the annex, I suggest that further
distribution be strictly lire iteed .

should greatly appreciate your views as to what we should
do with this report. Ambassador Nolting is available at any
time to come and talk about it and one suggestion has been to
have him appear at a VSIB meeting and answer any questions
which may be provoked by the report.
