Volodia Teitelboim Volosky, nrominont Chilean Coununist leder, has been
commissioned by the Political Commiszion of the Party to Prenare a list of
instructions to be issued at a later date to the I'artyls cadres. Teitelboimls
document has not yet been completed, but information
concernine the nrop)sed instructites has been obtained. The document is
expected to be approved by the Politics]. Commisrion and out into immediate
effect as soon as it is completed.
The following points are to be included in the report:
