SUBJECT: International Aspects of Weather Modification
The President has assigned to the Under Secretaries
Committee responsibility for the following activities in
the field of weather modification:
instituting and overseeing implementation
of appropriate guidelines for such U. S.
activities; FILE COPY
the continuing review of the international
aspects of weather modification generally
and of U.S. activities affecting other
countries or outside U.S. territory;
DD/S&I,
reviewing any requests from other countries
for assistance in weather modification
activity; and
reporting any policy issues for the President's
decision.
