14. LIAISON Met with Walt Ricks,
Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, and informed him it
was my understanding that Senator Robert Morgan (D., N. Car.)

happy to offer Senator Morgan a substantive briefing when he is
at Headquarters on 30 October. Ricks said he would check with
the Senator on this.

and told him we had located these but would be unable to deliver
them as he wished because they were on microfiche and our
microfiche processor was broken down. I told him the earliest
I could get them to him was by next week and asked him if he

to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics, to the attention
of Jean Rosenheim. I told him I would do this.
