1. I have read the abov~s references and am in full agreement
with Ref B) but I would go one step further.
Since a an 1 duping rights for same is, I believe, the
property of Project Aquaton?, I recommend for security control
measures that all copies be brought physically into Project Head-
quarters from whence showings can be properly controlled.
2. The Prv3ect can than follow the procedures outlined in
para. 2 of Ref A, With the Further restriction that a selected
representative from Project Headquarters would courier the filar
to and frown the place of shoaling.
