Control Officers
SUBJECT : Reproduction of TALENT Controlled
Materials
1, Uncontrolled reproduction of TALENT Control System
material negates important protective measures prescribed by the
System. In order to reduce the chances of compromise, it is
requested that each of you again remind all TALENT indoctrinated
personnel under your cognizance that reproduction of TALENT
controlled material, in whole or in part, is prohibited unless
permission to do so has been obtained from the TALENT Control
Officer to whom document accountability has been assigned.
2. Whenever such permission is obtained, copies will be
controlled under the originator's assigned TALENT control number
and will be further identified as "Series B. " Each copy will be
numbered in sequence beginning again with one (1). Each copy will
also show the total number of "Series B" copies prepared.
