a. John Walter and his immediate family own 82% of the capital stock of the
Societe des Mines de Zellidja.
b. Penneroya owns 10% of Zellidja.
c. The Newmont Mining Company and the St. Joseph Lead Company jointly own
3 /. They originally had an option for 10% but did not exercise it. In
addition, the two US companies are paid for their help and assistance to
the management by receiving one percent of the output of ore.
d. The 4z% balance is owned by friends and associates of Walter.
2. Nord Africa du Plomb is owned 51% by Zellidja and 4+9% by St. Joseph Lead
and Newmont.

3. All maps and records are kept in France and Morocco and no maps or layouts
are available in this country. The accompanying aerial map (dated 1950) shows,
however, the complete layout of Zellidja and a sketch of Nord Africa du Plomb.
