FEIN: To establish the procedure for completing stall, trim, and aircraft control checks. H. SCOPE: The provisions of this SOI are applicable to all pilots who fly mission aircraft at this Detachment., III. RESIONSIBILITY: The Director of Operations is responsible for insuring that the provisions of this SOI' are brought to the attention of all pilots flying mission aircraft at this Detachment IV. PROCEPUIRES: All stall,, trim,, or aircraft control checks in mission aircraft will be accomplished at a minimum of 20,000 feet above terrain. Full stalls will not be attempted on other than scheduled functional check flights. Recovery procedures will be initiated at the first indication of approach to a stall.
