SUBJECT : RAINBOW Clearances
1. It is requested that your office determine whether or not the
following individuals are qualified to be cleared for Project RAINBOW.
Rear Admiral William A. Schoech - Assistant Chief, Research
and Development, USN
Commander John W. Holcomb - Avionics Planning. Bureau of
Aeronautics, USN
2. has requested these clearances, however, no
clearances are to be given until approved by the Project Director. May
we please have your determination no later than noon 26 April.
