Having been Director of Radio Free urope in Munich for five and a
half years, and having been associated very closely with the employees who
wora d be affected ,>y this igglslation, perhaps I am in a unique position to answer
ad clear up any doubts which may remain in the minds of any of the
very eager to do all we can to help push this bill, l naturally
a nuisance or wear out ray welcome. Nevertheless, I feel
ht to able to help along this pro$ect, which really does have high
