IDEALIST Briefing
1. 1 of the DD/ S&T Staff called today to ask that
we be prepared to brief 25X1 C
Ion. 10 March 1966. OSA has been
allocated 30 minutes, from 1605 to 1635, and has been asked to
devote about 20 minutes to a description of our current IDEALIST
capability, including TACKLE, and a recapitulation of operational
activity in the IDEALIST Program dining the past two years. In
addition we should show about 10 minutes of the carrier qualification
trials film. The briefing will be held in the Control Center.
2. This will be last visit to the Agency 25X1 C
in his present position, as he is retiring in October this year.
General Ledford has been invited to a luncheon to be held the same
date, hosted by Dr. Wheelon at the Cosmos Club at 1230.
