I? Pursuant to your verbal request. the topics listed below
are suggested for discussion with members of the CIA Legislative
Subcommittees. The basis for our recommendation is that all the
programs listed below are current operational programs rather
than a recitation of history. We assume that this was your
preference.
a. OXCART/ BLACK SHIELD deployment.
b. IDEALIST for world-wide deployment.
2. If you consider any of the above topics as applicable for
discussion, we will be happy to furnish you briefing notes upon
request. Of course all recipients would require special security
clearances.
