Hsin-feng Processing Plant was built using foreign design and facilities during
the first 5 year plan (1953 - 1957). Workers broke away from the "western
influence" through technical reform movement and produced methods such as medium
temperature rolling of aluminum alloy material. Products produced by this plant
contribute toward the national construction. The quality of products has improved
greatly.
