Criticism From McCarthy
The same point brought criticism',.
from Sen. Eugene J. McCarthy (D-
MMMIinn.), another committee member.
McCarthy has sponsored' a resolu-
tion proposing a Foreign Relations
Committee study of the CIA to see if
congressional supervision of the
worldwide agency should be altered.
"This agency's operations have a
great bearing on foreign policy," Mc-
Cat-thy told reporters after the Ra-t
