Romney will notify me. See Memorandum for the
25X1 13. Met with Mr. Philip Kelleher,
House Armed Services Committee staff, who advised that the Committee
schedule of hearings and legislation on the floor, primarily relating
to the defense authorization bill, will carry him through the first part
of the week of the 16th. He plans, by mid-week of that week, to be in
a position for a detailed meeting with me on the proposed Agency
legislation pending before the Committee.
25X1 14. Met with Miss Judith Sparr,
Government Operations Subcommittee staff, and advised that the Warsaw
Pact Paper would be ready for delivery late today or tomorrow morning.
Miss Sparr advised, later in the day, that Miss Fosdick will not be
available until tomorrow afternoon. The paper will be delivered at that
time.

Fulbright, Chairman, Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, his
speech titled, The Vietnam Fallout", before the Bureau of Adver-
tising of the American Newspaper Publishers Association at the Hotel

advising him that in fact the Agency does have classified contracts with_
