"Our continued failure to recognize and cops with the export of Castroism in Latin America is an open invitation to the creation of new Vietnams on our own hemispheric border, `' he said. Therefore, Selden said his Subcommittee will start hearings of Feb. 18 .into the nature of the Castro-Communist subversive apparatus in the hezrdspher Re resentative John S. Mona an, February 7, 1963, UPI Rep. John S. Monagan, I3-Conn., a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, joined Administration supporters firing back at the critics of U.
