Frank Band called at 0955. 5 October, to report that
McNamara and party are tentatively scheduled to leave on
Saturday. 8 October. The DOD party now includes Secretary
McNamara, Mr. Foster, Mr. Sylvester, Mr. McNaughton,
aad General Wheeler. It is augmented by.what is billed as
a White House party including Mr. Komer, Prof. Kissinger,
'ir. Davidson (presumably Bill Eundy's aide Dan Davidson),
George A. Carver, Jr.
