MEMORANDUM FOR: Director, National Reconnaissance Office
1. Attached for the guidance of the NRO and for the record
of COMOR is a revised list of priorities for J missions. This was
approved by COMOR on 24 March and supersedes COMOR-D-56/66-20
of 24 February 1966.
2. Priority 3 has been changed to update the requirement
for coverage of the Sino-Soviet bloc areas from 23 September 1965 to
28 October 1965.
