lv COMOR approved the attached revised. list of
priorities for J Missions at its meeting on 21 April 1966.
Z Changes to the previous priorities are as follows:
a. Priority 3 has been changed to cover
25X1A
Sino-Soviet bloc areas not photographed
b. Within Priority 3, the European satellites
have been added as the first priority and the remainder of
China and North Korea have been raised to second position,
c. Yugoslavia has been added as Priority 6
and Cuba dropped to Priority 7.
