Mrs. Dixon I has established a red at muz ~IE3 uu-L-"Ly aeura7T to 'precuct tne future in a high })ercentage of cases . She reputedly tried to warn government authorities of President Kennedy's impending assassination, but nobody would take her seriously. About 10 6 and 17 May Mrs. Dixon had strong indications that some soldier named West oreland would either be killed by someone he trasts, or he would make some correct major decision without clearing it with his superiors and his career would be "killed" here in Washington. His actual death seems to be the stronger of her imuoressions. Mrs. Dixon telephoned the Pentagon to inqu Lre about an officer naned Tile Westmoreland and was surprised to learn that he was the A- y co:mander in Vietnam. Since that time she has been trying to find a channel by which to alert hire to his danger. She recognizes that in his position he would be well guarded, but is concerned over the indication that his assassin will be someone he already trusts. She states that this is the strongest indication since the Kennedy incident. 0 Approved For Release Od3/'11104= 25 866 25X1 25X1 25X1 Approved For Release 2003/11/04: CIA-RDP80BO1676R000400060023-9 Approved For Release 2003/11/04: CIA-RDP80BO1676R000400060023-9 Approved For Release 2003/11/04: CIA-RDP80BO1676R000400060023-9 CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR 26 May 1966 Executive Registry I I pass this report to you in the realization that you may think me "kooky".
