1. Attached are revised target files and lists of targets for
use by Operations and NPIC in the program of U-2 reconnaissance
in Cuba. The revisions reflect actions taken by the Photo Working
Group on 3 May 1966.

1. Attachment II contains a list of targets added,
inactivated, reactivated by the Photo Working Group on
3 May 1966.
2. Attachment III contains target descriptions and
requirements of all active targets, arranged in COMOR
number order. The active target file distributed on
7 April 1966, under PWG-D-2727 is now out of date and
should be destroyed.
3. Attachment IV contains lists of all targets in
Cuba arranged by COMOR number, by coordinates, by WAC-BE
number, alphabetically by country, and by activity status,
country and COMOR order. The target lists, distributed
on 7 April 1966, under PWG-D-2727 are now out of date and
should be destroyed.
4. Attachment V contains target descriptions of
all inactive targets, arranged in COMOR number order. The
inactive target file, distributed as Attachment V to
PWG-D-2718 on 28 July 1965, is out of date and should be
destroyed.
