Since December 1976, we have been coordinating a DCID throughout the Community. The time span seems extensive, but it required touching base with HEW, the National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research, then again with the R&D Coordinator, Surgeon General's office, U.S. Army Staff, and, finally, with the Community organizations them- selves. says he hopes to have the final version ready for your ion in about one week.
