DOUGLAS EDWARDS : Some Senators have put a stamp of
displeasure on a letter supposedly written by CIA Director
Richard Helms. The letter to a St. Louis paper praised its
editorial that attacked Senate Foreign Relations Committee
Chairman J. William Fuibright as crafty. The editorial
revolves around Senator Fulbright's apparently unsuccessful
attempt to bring the CIA under his Committee's surveillance."
