Nicaragua, openly says he and the Cuban,
Liberation Committee are mounting a new:
campaign of harassment and attack against
Castro Cuba. We can think of no anti-Castro
leadership less likely to succeed. Mr. Somoza?
has been a virtual dictator. Leaders in the
Cuban Liberation Committee are Manuel
Artime, whom the CIA chose to lead the
abortive invasion of Cuba; former President
Carlos Prio Socarras, and Carlos Marquez
Sterling, a J 958 Cuban presidential candidate
tolerated by ex-Dictator Batista. Mr. Somoza
is unpalatable to democratically-minded Lat-
