SUBJECT : RAINBOW Clearance for
1. It is requested that be granted a RAI'NBO'fi
clearance in order that she may ve access to correspondence pertainin4
to this Project.
2. is secretary and also
assists with the secretarial support to the Project Director. In performing
these duties she will on occasion have to handle correspondence and tak
dictation on the subject Project. I do not believe needs to be
given a briefing on the substantive aspects of the Project but should be
briefed on the security aspects concerning the handling of correspondent e
and information concerning RAINBOW. I will give her this briefing upon
notification from your office that she has been granted the clearance.
3. The Project Director has approved this request. subject, of
course, to your security determination.
