Subject: Material to Cambodia (U)
(S) The Joint Chiefs of Staff would appreciate any information
concerning the kinds and amount of freight with emphasis on war
materials which are received in Sihanoukville, and the disposition
of these supplies by the Cambodians. Any evidence that part of
this material is reaching the Viet Cong is particularly desired.
