1. Permission is hereby requested to blend TALENT System
Material with existing sources and other information for immediate
operational use. Some specific points of information taken from
the TALENT System Material does not in fact exist from present
sources; however, it is reasonable and plausible that other sources
could supply this information and therefore would not be directly
attributable to the TALENT source.
