Dear Admiral Raborn:
The Department of Defense Computer Institute (DODCI) requests
STAT approval for Senior Staff Officer of your organization,
to participate as a guest lecturer at the DODCI Intermediate Course,
which is described in the attached brochure.
To provide a comprehensive overview of operational computer
applications the DODCI utilizes, as guest lecturers, those executives
of stature from government and industry who can make a significant
contribution to DODCI courses. In view of background and
experience in developing a data storage retrieval system, I feel that he
is particularly well-qualified to speak to our students on this subject.
