The Thivteenth Annual. Joint Army Air Force Censorship Course will be
held at /'..rillo Air Force Base, Tawas, during the period 13 July
through 24 July 19640
These courses are conducted to advance the state of readiness of the
Tational Postal and Travelers Censorship Organization as an element
of I!ation.al Censorship. 'here gull be approximately 160 Air Force,
160 Army and 10 Naval Reserve Officers in attendance.
In vier of the close relationship that must exist between the Central
Intelligence Agency end the censorship organization it would be
beneficial if your liaison offices, could
participate in this training during the period 1315 July 1964,
