Approval is requested to TAL' -cle the following positions:
a. One additional. unicator position in the Office of
T,elecomunications. This request is necessary to assist in the
handing of special cications relating to this project.
b. Two positions in the Planning Group of the Office
of Collection and Sign ss Analysis (COSA- ). Clearance of these
positions is necessary for coordination and preparation of
collection and signals analysis plans for OOSA in the field of
ELM.
