Many thanks for your congratulatory note and the kind
words therein. I don't know how long this will keep me in
the Washington area but Washington is not my "cup of tea. "
I am trying to get back into the Army so I anticipate that
I will be leaving here early next year.
Nevertheless, I have enjoyed my associations with
CIA and hope they will be more frequent during my remaining
tour of duty.
