M"Y thanks for your letter of 5 Februaary, and I think it is
a terrific 4A.&.
You may recall the informal arrangements you had made
for me many months ago so that I could read the weekly Chief of
Staff's summaries. I went over one day and read a number of
them but have never got back again. It to just that the exigencies
of my current assignment make it extremely difficult.
I regret that I will not be able to make the meeting an
20 February but will look forward to reading the script at a later
date.
