If enacted into law, this bill would be of interest to CIA activities.
I am quite sure that the Employee Services Division of the Personnel Office
and the Credit Union would be in favor of the proposed legislation. Also,
many of the employees of the Agency would desire such a privilege.
From a workload standpoint, the Office of the Comptroller would be just
as well satisfied if the legislation failed of passage. The additional
workload can be handled; however, it may require a few more payrCll clerks.
