1. As discussed, I asked the Office of Personnel for a loan
copy of the quarterly report on non-staff people. You recall that
our Office of Personnel Survey recommended that statistics on such
personnel be compiled quarterly, as is the case with staff people.

2. Attached is the non-staff report for the last quarter of
Calendar 1965.
3. It is interesting to note that as of 31 December 1965 there
were Imore non-staff people on board than there were staff
personnel. DDP and DDS account for about F71 of the non-staffers.

1. It seems to me that the Agency is now in a much better
position to answer questions from any source about the total
number of people employed.
